FAQ

Do you do custom orders?

Unfortunately I am not currently taking on any custom orders. If this changes I will announce it on my shop and social media.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days

I would like to reserve a piece/pay using a payment plan.

If you would like to reserve a piece or pay off an order in chunks, please select the 'Paypal invoice' option at check out. This will let me know that you have made an order but will not take any money out of your bank. You will need to provide me with your Paypal email address and I will then send you an invoice which you have 3 months to pay off. You can pay off your invoice in as small or large amounts as you like and as frequently as you like.

Is your jewellery eco-friendly?

Having studied conservation and ecology at university, keeping my business eco-friendly is extremely important to me. All my packaging is recycled and/or biodegradable and all natural products such as antlers used are responsibly and ethically sourced. All my copper jewellery is made from 100% recycled copper.

Can I purchase your jewellery as a gift?

All my jewellery comes gift wrapped as standard, if you would like to buy one as a gift just leave a note in the checkout and I can leave out the price or write a gift message for you.

Will your jewellery turn my skin green?

This is a common issue when wearing copper rings and the amount very much depends on the pH levels of your skill. If you find your rings are leaving a green mark on your finger you can paint the inside with a layer of clear nail polish to seal it.

With my necklaces this is very rarely a problem. If your skin's Ph is acidic or if you live in a hot, humid environment the chances of this happening are slightly higher. However this does not affect everyone and if you do find your jewellery leaving a discolouration on your skin, it is completely harmless and can be washed off with a little soap and water.

My jewellery has tarnished, how do I bring back the shine?

Like all metals, copper will naturally tarnish over time. If you would like to bring back the shine simply polish with a polishing cloth or mix some salt/baking soda with lemon juice and rub over the areas you would like to be bright. Bear in mind if you use the lemon juice method you are more likely to remove some of the black patina as it is harder to control. To keep your jewellery looking bright avoid contact with perfumes and other harsh chemicals and try to keep it from getting wet for prolonged periods of time.

I would like to return/exchange my order.

If you would like to return or exchange an order please send me an email beforehand. I am happy to accept returns if they are made within 14 days and the jewellery is in its original condition. Unfortunately I do not refund shipping costs and it is your responsibility to ensure your items are returned safely. Many of my crystals need to be handled with care so package your pieces well and send them using a tracked service. I cannot be held responsible for any items that get lost in the mail on their way back to me. To view my returns policy click here
